Apex Do-It-Yourself Window Films are custom cut to your specifications when they are ordered. Our low prices reflect our commitment to maintain low-overhead costs and waste minimization. Once film is cut from a master roll it is not possible to reunite the film to its batch. The following terms and conditions reflect these realities.
If you are
concerned about buying window film online, we offer a number of services to
assist you with your purchase decision:
Payment TermsApex DIY window films are custom cut when your online order payment is received via PayPal®. We will not cut films until payment is received, because it is not be possible to return cut film to a master roll.
We have selected PayPal® for its flexible payment options and online trust to assure secure transactions for our valued customers. There are no additional fees to the customer when paying online via PayPal®. ReturnsDue to the nature of our product, all sales on cut film rolls are final. As stated above, our pricing is based upon custom cutting and delivering window films as ordered. In this way we are able to offer lower prices to our customers. No refunds will be issued on returned films.
Please contact us if you have ordered full roll quantities to discuss potential refunds before returning product. The customer will be responsible for shipping, handling and restocking fees. No refunds will be paid for custom ordered film rolls, even in full roll quantities.
Shipping & HandlingOrders are shipped by Canada Post. Shipping and handling fees are in addition to the price of the window film and paid for by the customer. The cost for shipping and handling is available on each page of our online catalogue and will appear in your shopping cart.
For orders with multiple rolls or cuts, please contact us to discuss discounted shipping rates.
