How to Use Reflective Window Film
Reflective window film creates what is often called a one way mirror. On one side of the window, people see a reflective surface like a regular mirror. Anyone on the other side, however, can see through the mirror window film to observe an area while remaining out of sight, assuming lighting conditions are appropriate. You'll be familiar with the concept from the interrogation rooms in movies and TV, but reflective window film also serves many commercial uses.
It may serve as a window privacy film, protecting the privacy of office workers at sidewalk level, for instance, while allowing them an unrestricted view out. A one-way mirror in a classroom or lab allows observation without distracting the students. It is also often used for security purposes, to monitor work areas or to conceal cameras.
